Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our stylists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients, our treatments are completed as scheduled. Cancellations of any services require a 24-hour notice. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. Suggestions are always welcome.
In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time allotted. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment time it will be considered a “no show” and your card on file will be charged 100% of your specific service scheduled. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding at this time.
At Bellezza, we understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore we request that you give us at least a 24-hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled after the 24-hour period will incur a charge of 50% of the specific service amount. Clients that cancel the day of their scheduled appointment or “no show” will be charged the full 100% of the specific service amount. All clients will need a credit card on file to schedule any future appointments.

We make shopping easy by offering our gift certificates online. Enjoy the ease of shopping at home by printing the gift certificate yourself or emailing it to the recipient.
